Yes, Kate Sanders' of the world, I, like Lizzie McGuire, am an outfit repeater. In fact, most of the time I have to keep myself from wearing the same outfit two weeks in a row. It's not that I don't have other clothes to wear; it's just that once I find an outfit I really like I just want to wear it over and over again.
I'm sure people at school only think I have 4 pieces of clothing in my closet. But I just can't help it! I fall so in love with a certain piece or a certain outfit, that I feel like there's nothing else to wear. Sometimes I can't even see anything else in my closet but those certain pieces. They have some sort of magical powers pulling me towards them.
My outfit repeating is also partly fueled by lack of enthusiasm for laundry. It's a never ending cycle of wear an outfit over and over again, get it dirty, let it sit in a pile, and find a new favorite outfit. Eventually, I run out of clothes and am forced to clean them. *sigh* how I loathe laundry.
Any-who, getting a bit off topic there. While I'm sure no one actually cares about the things that I wear, after a while I do get a bit concerned they might notice I've been wearing the same thing again and again. But I guess if they do notice, just as Lizzie says herself, they are an outfit rememberer. And that, is much worse.
